Had a major problem when our well pipes got tore out. One call and castle pump was out on just a few minutes. Very professional and got right on it. They took care of dealing with the people that tore it up. Was told could take up to 4 days for repairs to be made. They got us temporary water going and had it completely fixed in just about 24 hours. Would definitely call them again for all our water well and pump repairs. Customer service was some of the best I've had in years! THANK YOU Castle pump and everyone who worked on our repair!

If I could give more stars I would. I am so amazed at the service I received. I called today (which is a Saturday) and Joel came right out and worked miracles to get our pump replaced we had some hoops to jump but it happened and we have water again. I am so grateful to this company and Joel was a great guy! Will use this company ever time! (Let's hope I don't have too)

I called Rob at Castle pump at 6 am. I had a tech out at 2 pm the same day. The issue was diagnosed in a few minutes. The job took about 2 hours to complete. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Castle pump ! Thank you.

They were very time efficient and very professional with everything they did and his bid was very accurate I will definitely be using them again
